General Return Policy

T.C.Christoforou accepts return of its products sold through the T.C.Christoforou e-commerce site under the following terms:

1)    Only if the product is faulty,

2)    If the product has not been opened and it is in its original package,

3)    The product must be accompanied with its original receipt,

4)    Only 30 days after the purchase date.

Then you can send it back to T.C.Christoforou via courier at your expenses and the product will be subject to examination. If it complies with the company’s return policy, you will be credited to your account with the equivalent amount.

If in the case you receive a product that is damaged due to transportation, please do NOT accept it from the currier, immediately return it and contact T.C.Christoforou.

What should I do if I need to modify or cancel an order?

Once the order is placed, it is impossible to cancel or modify through the web site.

Within the next 24 hours after submitting the order, you must call TCC immediately at +357 24 66 88 99 or email us at info@tcc.com.cy 

After the period of 24 hours, your order might have been shipped, is no longer in our warehouse and we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

That's why it's so important to carefully review your order before sending it to us.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in unused condition for credit. Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks to complete the entire process.

Which products are non-returnable?

Damaged & Expired.

Products damaged during usage or have reach their expiry date, are not accepted for return.

Damage due to customer storage conditions.

T.C.Christoforou has all the necessary storage conditions that are also inspected by the Ministry of Health, to assure that all its products are maintain as the manufacture’s directions. As a result products are always delivered to the user at their usable condition.

Customers should read the instructions carefully and maintain the products as directed.

Thus these products are not accepted for return

IMPORTANT - Please be advised that certain items (such as nutritionals) that are used in warm weather climates or in the summertime, can melt if left outside in the heat or are store to a place that they are exposed to direct sunlight.
